Contributing to the increased efficiency of representing business interests abroad through the use of connections in international and regional organisations and among representatives of business circles to promote the Russian business interests.
- Providing Russian companies with information on foreign economic activity, including demand for domestic products in foreign markets.
- Assisting the organisation and holding of presentations of Russian companies abroad, business visits for foreign partners.
- Assisting Russian companies interested in becoming official suppliers of goods and services for the needs of United Nations family of organisations in order to participate in annual biddings and tenders conducted by the UN.
- Consulting on interaction with foreign financial institutions for the private and public sectors.
- Consulting at the negotiation stage with foreign partners and customers, organises and accompanies the full cycle of studies. Assists in aspects related to localisation, development of effective project teams, organisational structures, work with resources.
- Ensuring effective information flows that link the company and foreign counterparties (forecasts, order process, delivery cycle, transportation, etc.).
- Assistance in opening representative offices in the country of interest.
- Assistance in developing a positioning strategy for the company in the market of the country of interest.
- Facilitating the implementation of public private partnership mechanisms (PPP) in the framework of foreign economic activity (FEA).
- Assistance in preparations for exhibitions, fairs and congresses, including advisory support for business programmes at World Fairs.
